11 Record, Print and Save as
11.1 Record
As shown in the figure below, the CMS can be equipped with a thermal recorder, which, with
a separate power supply, is connected with the host of the CMS via the general interface.

Recording can be divided into manual recording and auto recording. The former requires you
to press the “Record” button before recording. The latter, also called real-time recording,
means that the system will automatically initiate a recording in case of an alarm. The CMS
can print out the following information through the recorder:
Power indicator
Power switch
Fuse
Power inlet
RS232 connector
Equipotential grounding
connector
